Location: Stevenage (Relocation Package available)
Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid working, typically 2-3 days on site
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role:
Are you an ambitious, results-driven engineer ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and prioritisation are key? We're looking for experienced Quality and Product Assurance professionals to join us as Engineers and Managers.
You will oversee projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring core Product Assurance activities are met. As the voice of the customer, you'll ensure we meet and exceed global client expectations, collaborating with a well-established and knowledgeable team.
This role provides the unique opportunity to engage with a variety of organisational activities across multiple sites. You'll work on international projects, prevent and minimise product non-conformance, assure smooth delivery of equipment, and maintain customer satisfaction. There is also the chance to collaborate with both domestic and international colleagues on technology transfer projects.
What We're Looking For:
- HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with QA problem-solving methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.)
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to influence change, collaborate in a matrix organization, and work respectfully as a team player
- Analytical skills, proficient in Excel, SAP QM, and document management tools
- Continuous improvement mindset and the initiative to drive results
- Awareness and respect for cultural differences
