Job Title: Analogue and Digital Electronics Engineer - Product Design Support
Salary: Circa £42,000-£48,000 depending on experience
Location: Hertfordshire (Relocation support may be available for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: This role will require the candidate to be on-site the majority of the time (i.e., 5 days a week) due to workload classification. However, where possible, a blended approach may be accommodated.

The Opportunity:
You'll act as the interface between design teams and manufacturing teams, working alongside other support engineers to provide technical insight and assistance.
This role focuses on highly advanced module-based systems and subsystems, providing a true engineering challenge within your core disciplines, while offering opportunities for personal and professional development.

What We're Looking For:
You'll need to demonstrate several of the following attributes:
Ideally degree-qualified (or with equivalent industry experience), with a background in designing products/systems or supporting designs through the manufacturing lifecycle
Proven experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
Analogue and Digital Electronics
Investigative and root-cause analysis skills for electronic design-related issues, with the ability to propose robust corrective actions
Self-starter capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of work assignments, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise engineering documentation
Experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments, particularly with troubleshooting and supporting production issues
