CNC Operator

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on role operating 2 & 3 axis CNC machines. You'll be responsible for running pre-set machines, loading/unloading components, and conducting basic quality checks. No programming or setting required this is purely an operator-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 2 & 3 axis CNC machines as directed

• Load raw materials and unload finished parts

• Perform visual and basic dimensional checks using gauges and measuring tools

• Follow job sheets and production schedules

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating 2 & 3 axis CNC machinery

• Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred

• Comfortable working to production targets and quality standards

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Right to work in the UK
