Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works on hyperscale data centre construction projects throughout Europe.
  • Supervise daily site activities relating to civils and architectural fit-out scopes such as internal blockwork, concrete, drainage, kerbing, partitions, and paving.
  • Set out works in line with project drawings and specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy and alignment with the construction programme.
  • Liaise with site management, foremen, and trades to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of CSA packages.
  • Coordinate with the main contractor and other subcontractors to ensure smooth handovers and proper interface management.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and other site documentation.
  • Monitor and record site progress, keeping as-builts, daily diaries, and material usage logs updated.
  • Support QA/QC processes, including inspections, snagging, and compliance checks in line with project requirements.
  • Contribute to health and safety compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks during site operations.
  • Assist the Project Manager with short-term planning, coordination of resources, and resolving on-site technical issues.


Qualification:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience on large-scale civils or industrial construction projects (data centre experience advantageous).
  • Solid understanding of CSA scopes and construction methodologies, especially related to internal fit-out civils works.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and setting out using surveying instruments
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
