CSA Package Manager

Project Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor
Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of civil and structural work packages.
• Manage site safety with the Safety Advisor, including setup and closeout.
• Handle site QA alongside Project Manager, managing all documentation.
• Schedule and cost management with project teams, sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Track daily site operations, including sub-contractor progress and meetings.
• Conduct site meetings, project reviews, and closeout tasks.
• Issue daily and weekly reports.
• Support commercial processes and change management.
• Review drawings and manage construction schedules.
• Maintain strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

• Degree qualified in Civil or structural Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with a recognised groundwork's/ RC frame sub-contractor
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience
