Project Location: Hillerød, Denmark

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Denmark.

Responsibilities


  • Prepare reports and front-end studies, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.

  • Provide cover for all systems and installations under electrical control.

  • Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analyse returned tenders.

  • Maintain and update the delivery schedule to manage material deliveries effectively.

  • Clarify queries with the design team through the Request for Information (RFI) system.

  • Supervise and lead prospective systems, including switching operations on HV/LV networks.

  • Monitor project progress against the programme and issue progress reports.

  • Develop look-ahead programmes to support production planning.

  • Agree on any necessary local deviations for specific equipment or site conditions.

  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments for production activities.

  • Conduct quality control through inspections and snagging.

  • Manage document control, ensuring accurate recording and transmission of information.

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors on technical and commercial matters.

  • Take responsibility for health and safety on site, leading by example.

  • Ensure construction is completed accurately, following plans and specifications.

  • Conduct quality control inspections on and off project sites.

  • Coordinate contractor activities to ensure proper execution.

  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet required quality standards.

  • Analyse and resolve work-related issues efficiently, ensuring deficiencies are corrected promptly.

  • Ensure handover documentation is presented in the required format and within specified timelines.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate site reports.

  • Communicate project progress to key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.



Qualification


  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a supervisory or engineering role.

  • Accredited electrical testing qualification required.

  • Experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.

  • Strong background in design and build, with in-depth knowledge of electrical systems.

  • Proactive leadership and people management skills.
