Head of Construction & Installation - Offshore Wind

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the construction and installation of offshore wind projects. This role involves managing a diverse team, driving strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from early development to commissioning and decommissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction and installation efforts from project inception to operation, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.
• Analyze logistics for vessels and harbors and collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for construction and installation technologies.
• Manage team operations, staffing, and performance to meet current and future objectives.
• Support project bids and tenders with technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in renewable energy, with 7+ years in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead international teams, foster a strong safety culture, and handle complex strategic issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Location:

Flexible, with a preference for Kolding, Amsterdam, Stockholm, or Hamburg. Significant travel may be required.
