Head of Quality - QHSE

Mane Aerospace is seeking a Head of QHSE to lead our European operations. This is a senior leadership role with real impact, driving compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. Travel: Up to 30%
Reporting to: CEO

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a high-performing QHSE team across Europe

• Driving compliance with aviation and customer regulations (including Part 145)

• Overseeing audits, quality assurance/control, safety protocols, and risk management

• Championing ESG practices and sustainability initiatives

• Acting as the key contact for regulators, customers, and auditors

• Driving operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Aviation, Safety, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified

• Proven leadership in aviation QHSE and ESG standards

• Strong communication, auditing, and analytic skills

• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
