HV Team Lead

Mane Energy are looking for a HV Team Lead who will be responsible for planning and leading the technical aspects of any given field service project

Key Responsibilities:
◼️ Develop and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for both low and high voltage (over 50KV) field service projects.
◼️ Act as a technical advisor, providing daily support and collaboration with Field Technicians, Project Managers, Customers, and Engineering Teams.
◼️ Oversee the technical aspects of each project, ensuring that high-voltage service activities are executed safely and efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
◼️ Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
◼️ Willingness to travel as needed, estimated at 10-20 days per year

Educational Requirements:
◼️ Certified Electrician, Marine Engineer, or Electrical Engineer qualification

Experience:
◼️ Proven experience in high-voltage service and/or construction projects
◼️ Several years in a technical back-office role supporting project execution

Certifications & Licenses:
◼️ Relevant high-voltage or project management certifications and licenses are essential
