Integration Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site integration activities, including containment, structured cabling, rack installation, and fibre termination.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and HSE compliance across the integration workforce.
• Liaise daily with the Site Manager, main contractor, and other trades to ensure seamless coordination of integration tasks.
• Support site inspections, snagging, and commissioning preparations.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, site issues, and labour reporting.
• Assist in resolving technical or installation issues promptly with minimal disruption to the wider programme.

Qualification:

• Trade background in electrical, fibre, or data infrastructure.
• Experience working within mission-critical or data centre environments.
• Familiarity with commissioning and testing procedures for integrated systems.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience supervising integration or electrical installation works on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of data cabling, fibre, containment systems, and associated infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and supervise installations to spec.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
• Commitment to enforcing high HSE standards at all times.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work across Europe depending on project needs.
