Project Location: Groningen, Netherlands
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor
Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary M&E Coordinator for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination with the on-site team.
- Develop 3D models for prefabrication modules and skids to support construction requirements.
- Review models for construct-ability, maintenance considerations, and adherence to project standards.
- Verify General Arrangement (GA) drawings to ensure design compliance and accuracy.
- Create and review fabrication packs, including GA drawings and isometrics, to facilitate construction activities.
- Provide weekly updates of the Navisworks model and generate clash detection reports to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and design teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with the project's site supervision and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement efficient installation practices for piping systems and identify prefabrication opportunities to optimise workflows.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for models and drawings to ensure precision and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar piping design role.
- Understanding the principles of piping good routing practices, spatial awareness, requirements for supports and accessibility for construction and maintenance.
