Mane are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their client working on Hyperscale new build Data Center projects in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers.
Provide accurate reporting to the Commercial Manager (CVRs, cash flow, weekly updates).
Manage project budgets, including commercial forecasting.
Prepare interim valuations and payment applications.
Manage sub-contractor and supplier accounts in line with contract terms.
Identify, value, and agree variations, compensation events, and claims.
Maximise recovery of all contractual entitlements.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, especially notice and application timelines.
Maintain project records to support variation evaluation.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Key Skills
Essential
Solid understanding of standard forms of contract.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Teams, and Office.
Knowledge of valuation and measurement techniques for Mechanical and Public Health works (pipework, labour, materials, plant).
Ability to forecast cost and value based on programme and scope.
Desired
Detailed knowledge of JCT contracts.
Qualifications
Essential
Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
Desired
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, ICES, or equivalent).
Valid CSCS card.
