Pipefitter

Mane is seeking experienced Pipefitters for ongoing work at a live semiconductor facility. The role involves working in controlled and cleanroom environments under client permit systems, with strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Ultra High Purity (UHP) stainless steel pipework (½")

• Install ABS pipework for water systems (1"-2")

• TIG weld and install stainless steel pipework (2"-12")

• Install Victaulic pipework (4")

• Fit pipe brackets and supports

• Work under permit-to-work systems in live settings

• Operate in cleanrooms wearing Tyvek suits

• Maintain cleanliness, precision, and documentation compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-spec environments (pharma, semiconductor, cleanrooms)

• Skilled in TIG welding stainless steel

• Familiar with permit-controlled environments

• Experience with UHP, ABS, and Victaulic systems

• Able to follow strict safety/cleanliness protocols

• Willing to work weekends and extended hours

Desirable:

• Cleanroom training or semiconductor experience

• Experience using Tyvek suits/PPE

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
