Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities on complex infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle-from strategy and sourcing to contract execution and supplier performance-ensuring alignment with project timelines, cost targets, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific procurement plans, aligned with overall project and corporate goals.
• Lead the tendering, negotiation, and contracting process for key packages and materials.
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and contract award in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project schedules and budget.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or contractual issues.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineering, finance, logistics, and legal departments.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contract records, and cost forecasts.
• Contribute to project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and local/international regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Knowledge of either Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish language is essential

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in procurement within a project-driven environment (e.g., construction, energy, offshore, infrastructure).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Norwegian or other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Certification such as CIPS, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous.
