The role:

This role encompasses expertise in RF, DSP, Antenna, and Modelling at both the Electromagnetic and RF System levels, covering the entire product lifecycle from research and concept development to system design, integration, and validation. We are currently seeking candidates for roles including RF Systems Engineers, RF Systems Technical Leads, Algorithm/Modelling Systems Engineers, Digital Signal Processing Engineers, and Antenna Engineers. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in RF technology and experience across the full product lifecycle. Successful applicants will work autonomously in a collaborative, multi-skilled team, demonstrating a commitment to project goals, innovative problem-solving, and technical investigation.

What we want from you:

• Expertise in waveform design and implementation
• Experience managing external suppliers, with support from the procurement team
• Experience in participating in or leading design reviews throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience in coordinating the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing, and design certification
• Capability in system-level functionality proving, including software/firmware integration and testing
