Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to join client's team in Technology Solutions division. In this role, you will be part of a diverse, multicultural team of telecommunication professionals dedicated to designing and developing mission-critical communication systems for the offshore energy sector. Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering innovative and reliable network solutions that support global energy operations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering and implementation of advanced network solutions integrated with multiple telecommunications and operational technologies. Your role will involve working on bespoke projects tailored to client-specific needs worldwide.

Key tasks include:

• Designing and engineering various telecommunication systems with a focus on network architecture (including TETRA, Line-of-Sight radios, etc.).
• Leading or contributing to detailed design phases, including Front-End Engineering Design (FEED).
• Developing comprehensive design specifications for implementation purposes.
• Collaborating on system interface designs.
• Preparing for and participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including configuration verification.
• Implementing minor configuration changes as required.
• Reviewing and ensuring the technical integrity of subcontractor design deliverables.
• Liaising with subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders such as Telecom Service and Tender teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in network system design and configuration.
• Solid understanding of physical and logical network design principles.
• Familiarity with OT-security standards such as the Purdue Model, IEC 62443, or similar frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience within the offshore energy sector is highly desirable.
• Broad telecommunications knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project-oriented mindset.
