Mane are currently recruiting for a Senior Tender Manager to work for a leading infrastructure company.

As Senior Tender Manager you will leading and overseeing the tendering process for high-value projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting high-quality bids.

As Senior Tender Manager you will be responsible for;

• Lead and manage the full tender process, including reviewing tender documentation, preparing bid strategies, and coordinating submissions
• Prepare high-quality, compelling proposals, including technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
• Identify potential risks in the tender process, mitigating them by developing contingency plans and ensuring bid compliance
• Lead tender review meetings, present bid strategies to senior management, and obtain approvals before submission
• Manage negotiations, contract finalization, and ensure a smooth handover to the project delivery teams after successful tender wins.

As Building Surveyor the below requirements are essential

• Proven experience (10+ years) in tender or bid management, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a related industry.
• Fluent in Norwegian or National
• EU National
