Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Shuttering Carpenter to work on a major redevelopment project.
We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join our construction team. You will be responsible for constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and foundations. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to read construction drawings.
Responsibilities:
Build, install, and dismantle timber or metal formwork.
Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure formwork is properly aligned and supported.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
Work closely with other site professionals.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry.
Skilled in various formwork systems (e.g., timber, steel, aluminum).
Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately.
Physically fit with good teamwork and communication skills.
Vocational training or relevant certification (preferred).
Please Note: Due to the nature of this project, you will need to have a valid DBS to gain access to the project. These can be obtained within a 2 week period. However, applicants must have no criminal convictions (at all).
Working Hours:
07:30am - 18:00pm (10 hours paid)
