Salary: Circa £55,000 (DOE) + Relocation Package (if applicable)

Dynamic Working: Hybrid, typically 3 days per week on-site

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing real-time digital signal processing systems.
- Crafting and implementing waveforms, from initial design to full-scale deployment.
- Developing waveform and system-level RF modelling.
- Leading technical investigations and solving complex engineering challenges.
- Guiding junior engineers and contributing to innovative solutions within the team.
- Managing requirements and system design for advanced data link systems.
You'll be working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team with a shared goal: to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that meet our customers' needs, on time and within budget.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in a STEM subject with a strong understanding of DSP algorithms, ideally across the entire product lifecycle.
- Experience in Firmware coding for DSP systems (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with Matlab and Simulink (C++ experience is a plus).
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team, with a strong focus on meeting project goals.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal teams and customers.
