The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sector-specific procurement activities while closely supporting product development and sales through the identification of market needs and continuous monitoring of relevant tenders. You will play a key role in implementing order intake forecasts, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment across business divisions through regular communication and structured coordination meetings. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will actively participate in trade fairs, conferences, committees, and customer engagements. The role also involves driving strategic cooperation initiatives and maintaining strong collaboration across teams to ensure informed decision-making and consistent progress toward business goals.
What we want from you:
- Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification, with deep understanding of the space market
- Extensive experience in the space industry and a strong professional network in the sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English
- Highly self-organised, analytical, and creative, with strong problem-solving abilities and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel frequently and represent the organisation at key industry events and meetings
