Stores Person

MANE is currently recruiting experienced Stores Persons on behalf of our prestigious Aerospace client based in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation

• Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies

• Pick and prepare parts/products in line with job cards

• Handle and move products safely, following manual handling procedures

Key Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Understanding of product traceability, including stock history, batch numbers, certificates of conformity, and work orders

• Knowledge of stock rotation principles

• Strong grasp of units of measure

• Familiarity with key documentation such as certificates and despatch notes

• Forklift licence is advantageous

• Experience with courier booking systems, transport paperwork, and dispatch processes is desirable

• Commitment to safe manual handling practices
