I joined the Aerospace Division who joined MANE in January 2022. I enjoy my role as each day is different, with new challenges to keep me motivated and busy. I have always been interested in aviation, taking flights to new countries for fun and keeping up to date with industry news. Working within the Aero team is perfect for me, as I am passionate about the services I provide and the aircraft which my clients manufacture and maintain. Mane is a fantastic business with a great working culture. We work hard but also play hard. Last year I was involved in several performance incentives including bowling, TopGolf and most recently a rodizio dining experience in Central London. I joined Mane on the 25th of September as an Executive Recruitment Consultant What do you enjoy about recruitment and specifically what do you like about your sector – What I love about recruitment is connecting with people, engaging with both candidates and hiring managers to forge professional relationships. I enjoy taking on varied tasks in the day which include Business Development, interviewing, screening and negotiating job offers. Mane is a great place to work because the culture is supportive, authentic, and professional. There are many opportunities for continuous growth, promotion and a feeling of team spirit. Defence is a new sector for me, but what I already love about it is the varied projects and roles available in the sector.
My journey with Mane has been incredibly rewarding and I love being a part of the MRO division, a division that is passionate about making a difference in the aviation industry. Working at Mane has been quite a journey for me over the last 3 years. I started as an Associate Recruiter with zero recruitment experience, and now, I am a Recruitment Consultant doing business development, heading to a Senior Consultant role and business development path. I joined MANE through the academy program they had back in 2021 when I got all the necessary support and training I needed to be successful in recruitment today. MANE invests a lot in the training and development of internal staff, which makes MANE a desirable workplace for career growth. I have a lot of opportunities to travel and meet new clients and candidates across Europe and the UK. Developing relationships with new and existing clients is what I enjoy the most in recruitment, especially in our Energy sector where we can be part of a greener future and exciting multi-billion projects.
Joining Mane in November 2022, I've grown to collaborate closely with top motorsport teams, a thrilling aspect of my recruitment role.
