I began my recruitment career in the fast-paced industrial and engineering sector, where I quickly developed strong fundamentals in candidate assessment and client relationship management. My background in Ocean Science from the University of Plymouth has provided me with strong analytical skills that I've successfully applied to understanding complex technical requirements and matching them with the right talent.

Having recently specialised in white collar construction recruitment, I've developed expertise in placing technical professionals, particularly Estimators, across major construction projects. My approach combines thorough technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. I'm now eager to apply this experience to the Engineering & Manufacturing team at Mane Contract Services, where I can continue to grow whilst delivering excellent results for our clients.
