Candidate of the Month - April 2018

We would like to give special recognition to one of our candidates, James Gregory, for following protocol and escalating an issue to the correct management level. For his hard work, we present James with the Candidate of the Month award for April 2018.

James followed protocol by not allowing work to proceed when paperwork was incorrect. He maintained his position when it was suggested that work should continue – he escalated the issue completed a short notice change and a POWRA prior to allowing work to continue.

On top of that, the site James is managing received a Beacon award for excellence in safety and behaviours on site. The award is quickest ever Beacon to be awarded in over 10 years.
