The new technical hires bring with them an impressive pedigree, having worked on cars and powertrains that have secured a combined 12 Constructors' World Championships and 13 Drivers' World Championships. Key appointments include:

- Matt Harman as Design Director

- Fabrice Moncade as Chief Engineer, Computing Science

- Juan Molina as Chief Aerodynamicist

- Steve Winstanley as Chief Engineer, Composites and Structures

- Richard Frith as Head of Performance Systems (joining in 2025)

- Sorin Cheran as Chief Information and Analytics Officer (CIAO)

These high-profile appointments add to the already impressive leadership of Team Principal James Vowles and Chief Technical Officer Pat Fry. Adam Kenyon, promoted to Head of Aerodynamics in April, will oversee Juan Molina in his role as Chief Aerodynamicist.

Jonathan Wheatley and Mattia Binotto will form a "dual management" structure of Audi's Formula 1 team. This announcement comes shortly after Audi axed previous Sauber team CEO Andreas Seidl and chairman of the board Oliver Hoffmann.

- Wheatley will exit his sporting director role at Red Bull at the end of 2024.

- He will start his new team principal position with Sauber/Audi in July 2025.
