At the tail end of 2017, Mane began working exclusively with a major Czech aerospace company on a large aircraft maintenance project. Our team supplied over 50 contractors to support the winter programme as an exclusive partner providing B1/B2 engineers, sheet metal workers and team leaders. We worked closely, with a hands-on approach with the client, to deliver a team fully-suited for the programme. After a very successful winter programme, we are pleased to announce that we have entered into a 3-year exclusive partnership with the company based at Václav Havel Airport Prague, Czech Airlines Technics (CSAT), to continue to provide contingent workers to the business.

David Butler, Commercial Director at Mane Contract Services said: “I’m delighted that we have agreed to a three-year exclusive partnership with Czech Airlines Technics following our trial period. The rollout and implementation of our technology platform, Socium, has been seamless. Working with the team has been a pleasure and I look forward to strengthening our partnership over the coming years delivering a bespoke recruitment solution.”

As part of the agreement with CSAT, the company is using our cloud-based Managed Service Platform (MSP), Socium, where all criminal checks, qualifications and industry certifications of the candidates will be stored and processed. Czech Airlines Technics is a key client for Mane as we expand our business in the Czech Republic. The country has a rich history in manufacturing and is recognised as one of the world leaders in aerospace and automotive production. Our talented and diverse talent pool of skilled manufacturers and engineers goes hand-in-hand with the team at Czech Airlines Technics which focuses primarily on aircraft repair and maintenance and aircraft equipment with over 100 base maintenance jobs on B737, A320 Family and ATR aircraft last year.

The agreement with CSAT comes on the heels of the announcement of being awarded a 3-year labour license, which allows us to operate in and supply staff to companies in the Czech Republic. Having a license means Mane, and its team has the capability to work closely with organisations to fully understand their recruitment needs. We provide a bespoke and tailored service to find the best talent fit for the company.
