Mane was a key contributor to the latest resourcing leaders roundtable

The latest roundtable event hosted by the Recruitment Events Co. and sponsored by Mane saw us and other resourcing leaders gather to discuss the ever-present challenges in managing a contingent workforce. Our very own Luigi Pacelli, Chairman, and David Butler, Commercial Director, were present at the event where Luigi offered a look into the current engineering skills landscape and the future of engineering.

Our partner, Morgan Sindall, was also present at the event with Andrew Jellis, the Managing Director of the Rail & Electrification division, providing his personal point of view of contingent engineering recruitment. Andrew gave insights into Morgan Sindall’s key challenges in managing a contingent workforce and how Socium, Mane’s managed service platform, helped alleviate safety and cost issues faced by Morgan Sindall.

Both sessions were followed by discussions that allowed the resourcing leaders to raise questions and share their own experiences.
