Mane Was Present at the Resourcing Leaders Summit

Mane was recently involved in the third Resourcing Leaders Summit (RLS) in Whitstable, a two-day invite-only think tank for recruitment’s brightest minds. Our Commercial Director, David Butler was invited to participate in the summit that explored questions and challenges facing the resourcing industry. The summit, hosted by the Recruitment Events Co. and Tonic Agency, brought together twenty experienced and influential HR and Director level members to discuss best practices to effectively face the challenges being faced. The event is aimed at creating content for the benefit of the entire resourcing industry that will be freely available for anyone to consume.

The event also welcomed a number of industry-leading guest speakers to communicate innovative methods in approaching resourcing issues and some of the strategies they’ve employed in their company’s. Several roundtable discussions allowed for members to speak their minds with everyone in attendance. All discussions were recorded and documented and will be used to create a detailed white paper of the event for anyone to download.
