Associate Recruiter Careers

Build the skills, confidence and market knowledge to begin a career in technical and engineering recruitment.

A Strong Start in Recruitment

Starting a career in recruitment can feel like a big step, particularly when the industry is new to you. At Mane, Associate Recruiters are given the structure, practical experience and support needed to learn the role properly.

You will join one of our technical and engineering recruitment teams, develop knowledge of your market and learn how to identify, engage and support skilled professionals. As your confidence grows, so will the responsibility you take on.

We look for potential, curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn. Previous recruitment experience is not essential for every Associate opportunity, while experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-focused environment can provide valuable transferable skills.
