As an Account Manager within Mane's Automotive, F1 & Motorsport division, I support clients and candidates across fast-paced and highly specialised technical markets, delivering recruitment solutions across automotive engineering, motorsport, and advanced vehicle technologies.

Building strong relationships is one of my favourite parts of the job. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with, understanding what they're looking for, and finding solutions that genuinely work for everyone. Whether I'm supporting a client with a critical hire or helping a candidate secure their next opportunity, I pride myself on being approachable, honest, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.

With a relationship-led approach, I work closely with clients and candidates to understand technical requirements, project demands, and career aspirations. As my knowledge of the automotive and motorsport industries continues to grow, my focus is on creating long-term partnerships that deliver value for everyone involved.

Beyond Recruitment: Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the gym, planning my next holiday, catching up with friends and family, or with my head buried in a book. I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and making the most of any excuse to get out and socialise.
